Vinification :   Aged in oak vats during 6 months

Grape Variety : Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre


TASTING NOTES

Color : Intense red with aged in oak vats during 6 months

 Taste :  Many red fruits aromas.
Palate :  Explode in mouth, rich and subtle tannins on the palate, this wine illustrates the plentyfulness of the Golden Valley. Ample, generous and elegant wine, long velvety finish on soft spices and red fruits.

SERVING SUGGESTION

Temperature : 15-16°C.

Wine pairing : Cheese, red meat dishes with sauce or poultry.

IGP HÉRAULT OAKY

THE VINEYARD

Location : IGP Pays d'Hérault

Vintage : 2017

Grape Variety : Merlot, Syrah, Carignan.

TASTING NOTES

Color : Bright red with purple tints.

Taste : Red fruits and spices notes with a light note of liquorice.
Palate : Well balances, round, supple and fruity. 

 

SERVING SUGGESTION

Temperature : 16-18°C.

Wine pairing : Fish, cheese  and terroir dishes.

IGP CHARDONNAY OAKY

THE VINEYARD

Location : IGP Chardonnay boisé 13% 

Grape Variety : Chardonnay 100%


TASTING NOTES

Color : Straw yellow with golden tints
Taste : Intense and complex nose with fruits (apricot, dry fruits...), flowers (little yellow flowers..) and an hint of brioche notes.
Palate : Fresh with fruits and flowers aromas and a light vanilla note.

SERVING SUGGESTION

Temperature : 15-17°C.

Wine Pairing :  Cheese, light fish dishes with sauce or poultry.
